The Bulls enter the game winless in conference play (0-2), and for the second week in a row Charlie Strong’s club will face a hungry, desperate team that will likely be fighting for their bowl life. USF head coach Skip Holtz has recently come under some fire from the fans in Tampa over the team’s poor execution and inability to get wins, despite having a talented roster that consists of 25 seniors.
