As we mentioned last week, the Louisville football program is eying a pair of elite SEC transfers. Former Georgia Defensive Back Shaq Wiggins and former Texas A&M Wide Receiver JaQuay Williams both decided to leave their respective schools and are now strongly considering the Cardinals. In what could prove to be a huge step towards gaining a commitment, both Williams and Wiggins will be on campus today visiting the program. Wiggins, 5-10, 175 lbs, who played under Todd Grantham at UGA last season (as well as alongside recent Louisville transfer Josh Harvey-Clemmons), has familiarity with the staff and scheme and many believe this is all just a formality before he gives his pledge to Louisville. Williams, 6-4, 205 lbs,  is a bit more or a wildcard, though, Bobby Petrino’s wide open offense could be too attractive to turn down. The pair were teammates at Sandy Creek High School in Georgia and were each 4-star recruits at their respective positions.
