Florida QB Jacoby Brissett announced that he will be transferring from Florida today. He will look to enroll this week at either Louisville, WVU, Arkansas, or NC State. He was rated as the #2 Pro-style QB coming out of high school and chose UF over offers from schools like LSU and Notre Dame. View his entire profile here.
It is not immediately clear where he wants to go. When he first considered the possibility of transferring, his top choices were West Virginia, Louisville, Arkansas and North Carolina State.
West Virginia was among the finalists to sign him out of high school. So was Wisconsin, which recently lost coach Bret Bielema to Arkansas. North Carolina showed interest in him in football and basketball. If he goes to Louisville, he will reunite with former Dwyer teammates Robert Clark and Gerald Christian.
Speaking of Florida, if they had won the Sugar Bowl, here’s what their championship shirts would have looked like….

The one on the right looks MUCH better.
