Two weeks ago Damarcus Smith, an Elite Eleven quaterback and one of the nation’s highest rated signal callers, shocked the recruiting world and his hometown fans as he chose Central Florida over Louisville. Now, today we’re hearing rumblings that Smith may have jumped the gun and made the wrong decision. There’s rampant speculation that he’s looking into getting out of his letter-of-intent to play for UCF and wants to switch to the Cardinals. There’s obviously a lot to take in here, and it won’t be as easy as asking the University for a do-over. Stay tuned to LSL and we will continue to update this story as it develops, but right now things are looking good for Louisville to add another huge recruit.
